How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 3-4 working days (working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
For orders outside Germany, the delivery time is usually 3-8 working days.
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs within Germany are 4.99€ per order.
For orders outside Germany, shipping costs are €5.99.
Shipping is FREE for orders over 69€.
Which countries does elvature deliver to?
We ship our products to all EU countries.
Return & Refund
How can I return items?
You have 30 days from the arrival of your goods to return your products.
Go to our returns portal and follow the steps outlined there.
Does the shipping cost anything for the return?
Yes, you must pay for shipping returns.
We want to minimize the number of returns in order to be more environmentally friendly.
Do the products have to be returned in their original packaging?
It is up to you how you package your return, whether in original packaging or other secure packaging.
We recommend that you return the item using the original packaging to avoid packaging waste.
How long does the refund take?
Once we have received the goods we will process your refund as quickly as possible (normally within 10 days of receipt of the goods).
